Narrative:Destroyed in fire on USS Forrestal in Gulf of Tonkin Jul 29, 1967.
During preparations for launch of a F-4, a "Zuni" rocket accidentally fired and struck an
A-4E external wing-mounted fuel tank, causing fires and bombs to explode.
Total 134 killed, 161 injured, 21 aircraft lost.
