Narrative:
Crashed and burned near a golf course (Sentul Golf Club) soon after taking off on a medical supply mission to remote area. Pilot Officer Zainal Abidin bin Hanafi, co-pilot Officer Mohammad Shir bin Mohammad Ali and seven civil passengers killed.
