Vickers Wellington Mk.Ic L7786, 311 (Czech) Squadron, Written off (destroyed) when crashed during a training flight. According to the official Air Ministry file into the incident (File AIR 81/3817): "Sergeant O Tosovsky (Czech), Sergeant K Lang (Czech): killed; aircraft accident, Wellington L7786, 311 Squadron, 17 October 1940"

Transferred from 9 Squadron to 311 Squadron. Hit power cables and crashed at Pipps Farm, Coddenham near Needham Market on 17/10/40, whilst on a training flight at 11:20
