On January 13, 2013, the rotary wing aircraft was scheduled to perform a flight testing with 8 occupants. When the helicopter took off, presented a strong vibration. The pilot decided to make an emergency landing and then, they heard a loud noise that caused the loss of directional control of the helicopter and subsequent impact with the ground. Crew and master cargo people suffered minor and serious injuries. There was no fire.
