F4H-1 BuAer No 148425 'AF; of VF-102, US Navy. Crashed April 11 1962 into Atlantic Ocean, 40 miles off coast of South Carolina, USA. Pilot killed due to hypopxia, and did not eject. Rear Cockpit GIB LT N. H. Wilson did eject, but body not recovered - posted as MIA (presumed KIA)
