In-flight fuel depletion, which resulted in engine shutdown and the execution of an unprepared emergency field landing
Contributing Factors
Poor cruise planning to meet the proposed itinerary especially in the calculations of aircraft weight and balance, aircraft performance and fuel management during the entire cruise flight
