Narrative:Pilot aborted first take-off due to rough running engine. He performed a run-up, determined engine seemed normal, & returned for another take-off. After lift-off, engine began to lose rpm & pilot had difficulty gaining altitude. About 100 ft, he turned toward grassy area parallel to runway. Aircraft collided with trees & came to rest upright.
