Narrative:Written off (destroyed) 12-05-1993 when crashed at Santiago Matatlan, Oaxaca, Mexico: The helicopter was one of two engaged in spraying operations. However, after picking up water from a reservoir, the pilot of the first helicopter noticed that the other helicopter was no longer to be seen. The pilot returned to the reservoir were he observed an apparent disturbance in the water. Divers later discovered the helicopter lying in 9 metres of water and it would seem that for some as yet undetermined reason the helicopter crashed into the reservoir during the water pick up.
All four person on board (pilot and three passengers) were killed.
