Narrative:Fell back on takeoff and burst into flames. The pilot escaped uninjured.
The cause of the accident involving the helicopter RA-1434G was hovering in violation of the established clearance limitations to obstacles (not less than 10 meters), which led to the tail rotor blades striking a non-residential structure and subsequently the ground, resulting in a fire.
