Crashed and destroyed by fire at Rio de Mouro, Portugal 15 May 1942, after two Tiger Moths collided. 1°Cabo Av Joćo Guilherme Fonseca de Bastos died in one of the two aircraft involved. Alf Av Ferreira Roriz crash-landed at Grania do Marques. Possible candidate for the fatal accident and write off is Serial No. 103, which was Struck Off Charge on 4 August 1942.
