El día viernes 30 de agosto de 1946 a las 09:35hs el avión Luscombe 8 Silvaire registro LV-NAD c/n 1134, propiedad del Yatch Club Argentino, cuyos tripulantes eran el piloto Raul Cainzo Norry, acompañado del Sr José Francisco Puestos, cuando estaba despegando lo tomo por sorpresa una ráfaga de viento fuerte lo que produjo un impacto fuerte en el muelle de pescadores quedando el avión bastante dañado, Cuando fueron socorridos ambos tripulantes los encotraron ilesos
