El día martes 20 de marzo de 1956 un avión privado de fabricación nacional FMA IA 20 El Boyero, de registro sin identificar cuyos tripulantes eran el piloto Edgardo Roque, acompañado del Sr Elias Profman, había despegado del aeropuerto de Zacarías, provincia de Entre Ríos estando en ruta el avión es destruido en un accidente en el Paso Naranjito, provincia de Corrientes, falleciendo sus dos tripulantes.
