El 28 de septiembre de 1956, el avión Gloster G.41 G Meteor FMk-4 registro I-026, perteneciente a la Fuerza Aérea Argentina con sede en la VII Brigada Aérea de Morón, provincia de Buenos Aires, cuyo piloto era el Capitán Guillermo Villarrazo perteneciente al Grupo 3 de Caza Bombardeo. Promoción XII de EAM egresado el 17 de diciembre de 1946. Sufre una destrucción total de su avión según Expdte. 12107 en proximidades de la VI Brigada Aérea de Tandil, provincia de Buenos Aires, produciendo la muerte de su piloto y la destrucción del avión.
