Written off (destroyed) 9 April 1970: struck a power line and crashed at the Hohenfels Army training center in West Germany, during a routine training mission. Two crew killed: crew later named at CW2 Stephen F. Hulverson [Pilot] and Private First Class Paul B. Upshaw [CE]
