A Cessna 172P stalled at about 10m height just after takeoff from the strip 14 at Bekkai Flight Park, and crashed on the left of the strip. Four occupants received injuries. The pilot of the accident flight reported that he retracted flaps too early at the takeoff. The plane came from Kitamichiku Aerodrome in the morning, and attempted to go back to the home base, Okadama Airport. Bekkai Flight Park is located at 43-28-27N 144-47-01E with field elevation 407ft, and has a single strip 14/32 with 560m long and 24m wide.
