18/10/38: Delivered to 19 Squadron at RAF Duxford, Cambridgeshire.
28/11/38: Written off (damaged beyond repair) when crashed in a forced landing at Egmere, 3 miles west of Walsingham, Norfolk. Pilot survived.
22/01/39: Struck off charge (SOC) as declared to have been damaged beyond economic repair.
09/03/39: Re-assigned for ground instructional use. To No. 2 School of Technical Training RAF, Cosford as 1238M.
