Ao realizar a Pulverização na Fazenda Laranjinha, município de Santa Mariana, o piloto precisou subir rente a uma fileira de eucaliptos, tendo cabrado muito próximo as árvores, colidiu a asa esquerda na copa de uma, vindo a perder o controle, rolando para esquerda e entrando em um mergulho direto ao solo, sem ter tido chances de reverter o acontecido, vindo a colisão com solo.
