Narrative:
de Havilland DH.82A Tiger Moth MSN 86625; Taken on charge by the RAF as PG739, notionally at 15 MU RAF Wroughton, Wiltshire 19.7.44. However, placed into long-term storage locally in ‘purgatory’ in the Oxfordshire area; returned to Morris Motors, Cowley, Oxford, for erection [undated, but probably June 1945, with Morris Motors Frame number MCO/DH/4702]. To 38 MU RAF Llandow, Glamorgan 8.7.45. To 47 MU RAF Sealand, Flintshire 12.9.46 for packing and crated for overseas shipment. To Dagenham Docks 12.2.47 and shipped to Rotterdam for Royal Netherlands Air Force (KLu) on the s.s 'Ponto'.

Taken on charge 6.9.47 by Royal Netherlands Air Force (KLu) as A-52. To Woensdrecht, Netherlands 26.1.48. To Fokker for major inspection 12.5.49; returned to Woensdrecht 20.7.49. Struck off charge when sold 13.8.49 to NV Nationale Luchtvaartschool (NLS).

Netherlands civil registered as PH-UDV (C of R 696) 16.8.49 to NV Nationale Luchtvaartschool (NLS), Ypenburg; (quoting MSN "86636"; however, Tiger Moth Production ended at MSN 86632/PG746). New C of R 232 issued 1.10.49.

Re-registered 10.3.54 to J.J.A. Brocker, The Hague (Den Haag), Netherlands but based in Germany. Netherlands Registration PH-UDV cancelled 21.6.55 as "PWFU" (Permanently Withdrawn From Use).

Re-registered in West Germany as D-EJYT (allotted 31.1.58) and delivered 2.4.58 to W Ringler, Borkenberge, Lüdinghausen, Coesfeld district, North Rhine-Westphalia, West Germany.

Written off (damaged beyond repair) when stalled on take off and crashed at Borkenberge, Lüdinghausen, Coesfeld district, North Rhine-Westphalia 30.4.58. Registration D-EJYT cancelled 5.5.58.
