El 27 de junio de 1952 a las 16:30hs mientras volaba un tramo durante un operativo, se precipita en inmediaciones de la cancha de futbol del Club Atlético Talleres, en Barrio JardÃn, Córdoba, el caza Fiat G.55 matrÃcula C-03, pereciendo su piloto, Alférez José Armando BISIO. (Promoción XVII de EAM egresado el 10 de diciembre de 1951). La aeronave resultó totalmente destruida por incendio. El Alférez Bisio participaba de una serie de ejercicios aéreos que habÃan iniciado el 26 de junio del año 1952. Según la versión oficial en medio de una ejercitación rozó con el ala un eucalipto lo que provocó la caÃda. Dado de baja el 29 de septiembre del año 1952 por expediente DGMA N° 1019334.
