Narrative:OV-10A 67‑14690 of 19th TASS, 504th TASG, USAF, Bien Hoa: Destroyed on combat operations due to a Mid air collison with A-1G Skyraider near Bien Hoa, South Vietnam. Both crew on board the OV-10A are reported to have ejected safely and survived (the fate of the A-1G pilot is unknown)
