Crashed in the Adriatic Sea close to the mouth of Sangro River during coast surveillance flight. All policeman onboard died, Ispettore Superiore Maurizio Formisano, pilot Assistente Fabrizio di Giambattista, Specialista Tecnico di Volo Agente Scelto Valerio Valentini.
