Narrative:
Airspeed AS.65 Consul SU-AEY converted from an ex-RAF Oxford. First civil registered in August 1947 to Egyptian Transair Services. Forced landed after engine fell out due to port propeller blade failure south of Cairo. Egypt 18.5.48. Remains extant at Almaza in August 1951.
