Narrative:
Test flown in "Class B" markings as E-4. First civil registered (C of R 6206) on 21.10.35 as G-ADOS to Smiths Aircraft Instruments Co Ltd., Cricklewood, London NW2 (aircraft based at Hatfield, Hertfordshire). C of A 5060 issued November 1935.

Civil registration G-ADOS cancelled 6.6.42 when impressed into military service as HM569. Written off (damaged beyond repair) 24.6.42 when undershot on landing at Squires Gate, Blackpool. Lancashire
