Narrative:According to Tass news agency, a Boeing 737-800 from Kiev, Ukraine, suffered a brake failure on landing.
Flight tracking website Flightradar24 shows flight Ukraine International Airlines PS515 arriving near Tbilisi at 11:53 UTC. The aircraft then entered a holding pattern before landing on runway 31L at 12:37 UTC.
The aircraft remained on the ground at Tbilisi and did not perform the return leg PS516 back to Kiev.
