Avro Anson Mk.I N5177, 108 Squadron, RAF: Written off (destroyed) 31/10/39 in mid air collision with Avro Anson Mk.I N5158 (also of 108 Sqaudron, RAF), at RAF Weston-on-the-Green, Oxfordshire. Both crew killed:

Pilot Officer James Doan Cody (Service Number 40366, Canadian, aged 23) killed
Pilot Officer Robert Ernest Cox (Service Number 41670, Australian, aged 26)

The pilot of Avro Anson Mk.1 N5158 - Flying Officer Dennis Richard Dale Green (Service Number 33189, aged 22) - was also killed
