A pilot of an airplane made an emergency landing on the river Rio Negro near the municipality of Iranduba, Metropolitan Region of Manaus. The residents who witnessed the accident provided immediate relief to the victims before the aircraft disappeared into the water.
Both occupants survived and the aircraft sank.
