Narrative:
During climb from Geraldton, at about FL115 the flight crew observed the left engine thrust lever retarding towards flight idle, followed by an ENG FAIL warning. The flight crew attempted to relight the engine but were unsuccessful. The flight crew declared a PAN PAN and continued the flight to the planned destination of Perth Airport, where the aircraft landed safely. There were no injuries.
