Gloster Meteor F.Mk.3 EE301: Written off (damaged beyond repair) 12 September 1946 when caught fire in flight. Fire spread throughout the centre section and pilot had to make an emergency belly landing at RAF Turnhouse, Edinburgh, Lothian. No reports of any fatalities or injuries to the pilot. Aircraft not repaired and struck off charge.
