A Piper PA-30-160 Twin Comanche impacted wooded terrain during a takeoff attempt from Eagle Nest Ranch Airport (OR65), Estacada, Oregon.
The airplane was consumed by the post-impact fire and the sole pilot onboard received serious injuries and was airlifted to a hospital.
