Curtiss Modelo R Pelirrojo R-254 c/n 272. Fabricado por la empresa Curtiss, matrícula, Registro cancelado para ser exportado a la República Argentina. Adquirido por el Sr J.R Danizza en el 12 de enero del año 1934 con el registro R-254. Destruido en un incendio en el hangar de San Fernando, provincia de Buenos Aires el 25 de noviembre del año 1937 a las 07:30hs en el Campo Curtiss de Aviación, debido a un corto circuito, rápidamente creció el fuego, lo que ocasiono la destrucción de ocho aviones que se encontraban en su interior. La policía detuvo al sereno el Sr Marcos Giobani Aolerbo ya que era la única persona que se encontraba en el hangar en el momento del incendio.
