A Sikorsky S-61N helicopter, N908CH, was involved in an accident when it lost tail rotor authority on landing at Camp Dwyer, Helmand, Afghanistan.
The helicopter rolled over on its side, sustaining substantial damage. The one flightcrew member was seriously injured and the two cabin crew members received minor injures.
