Narrative:
An experimental Rans S-12 Airaile ultralight aircraft, amateur built by Larry D. Brixt, impacted airport terrain at Blake Field Airport (AJZ/KAJZ), Delta, Colorado.
The sole pilot onboard the aircraft was fatally injured and the ultralight destroyed.
