Narrative:A Cessna 182P Skylane clipped a stationary unoccupied dozer equipped tractor situated adjacent the taxiway during taxi at Perris Valley Airport (L65), Perris, California.
The airplane sustained minor damage and the sole pilot onboard was not injured during the incident.
