The aircraft experienced a loss of engine power and a subsequent impact with rural Dallas County terrain about two miles southwest of Selma-Craig Field (SEM/KSEM), Selma, Alabama.
The airplane sustained unreported but likely at least substantial damage and both occupants on board were fatally injured.
