The aircraft with three occupants onboard impacted the terrain in Ellicot, Chautauqua County while on approach from the east to Chautauqua County/Jamestown Airport (JHW/KJHW), Jamestown, New York. The airplane sustained substantial and the three people onboard were fatally injured.
