The Piper Cherokee registered CC-SZA crashed on a house in Curacavi, Chile and was destroyed by fire. The pilot sustained minor injuries.
The Piper Cherokee made a forced landing in a field in Los Naranjos. It was and was authorized to return to Curacaví Airport (SCCV) as a ferry flight by the local DGAC and took off on from the field on 17 February 2021. The aircraft crashed after taking off from the site.
