Narrative:
McDonnell F-4C-18-MC Phantom 63-7483, 58th TFT Wing, 12th TFW, USAF: Written off (destroyed) March 4 1964 when aircraft stalled, and was unable to recover. Crashed into a small lake approximately 15 nautical miles east of Ocala, Marion County, Florida, USA.
Crew:
1st Lt. L. P. Wilson (Pilot) - ejected safely.
1st Lt. P L E. Goodenough (RIO) - ejected safely.
