Narrative:
The Cessna 152 of Panal flight school made a forced landing on a field near Pueblos Redondos. Both pilots (instructor and trainee) were unhurt.

Causes:
The cause of the failure of engine cylinder No. 3 was due to the failure of the "Bushing connecting Rod Upper" with part number LW-13923 installed in the piston connecting rod.

Contributing factors:
Among the contributing factors that affected the failure of cylinder No. 3 were the following:
-The workshop that performed the engine overhaul omitted reviewing Lycoming Service Bulletin MSB No. 623B.
-The workshop that performed the engine overhaul omitted reviewing FAA Airworthiness Directive AD 2017-16-16.
