Narrative:
The aircraft was destroyed when it apparently undershot during the final stage of the approach to N'djili Airport. The aircraft reportedly 'came in too low', struck a tree and crashed on marsh land some 3km short of the runway. The accident happened at night (00:45 Local time) towards the end of a flight from Gbadolite. Amongst those killed were the Zaire Foreign Minister, two Tunisian diplomats and the head of SNEL, Zaire's state electricity company
