Narrative:While performing a rolling takeoff in tandem with another CH-53, the aircraft failed to achieve enough lift. As a result, it dropped back to the ground, rebounded, and then flipped over, hitting the ground again fully inverted. The aircraft began to burn immediately, and although the crew made it out, the copilot suffered some burns.
