Written off (destroyed) December 5 1964: Crashed into the sea (Atlantic Ocean) near NAS Oceana, Virginia Beach, Virginia, USA in heavy fog. Aircraft flew into a bank of heavy fog, and never re-emerged. Both crewmen were killed.
