Narrative:
The pilot pulled the emergency BRS parachute after the canopy had opened in flight. The aircraft came down in Sint-Andries, near Bruges, West Flanders.
The pilot sustained minor injuries.

Photos from the scene show that the aircraft sustained damage to the left wing and nose section.
