DURING A CIRCLING DESCENT FOR A FINAL APPROACH TO A FIELD IN AN AREA OF NO THERMALS, THE PILOT ATTEMPTED TO AVOID A FENCE AND STRUCK A SIX FOOT OAK TREE RESULTING IN IMPACT WITH GROUND.
