Narrative:WHILE CLIMBING ALTITUDE THE PARACHUTE , WHICH WAS SECURED TO THE RIGHT SEAT, WAS INADVERTENTLY DEPLOYED AND BECAME TANGLED IN THE PROPELLER. THE ACFT DESCENDED TO THE GROUND WHILE INVERTED AT A SLOW RATE.
