The aircraft took off from Narita International Airport at 13:05 (JST) on June 23. Initially, one cabin crew got injured (fissure fracture of the first sacral vertebrae) when it landed at Kochi Airport (RJOK) at 14:11 (JST), and the occurrence became to a subject of investigation by JTSB. However, the investigation was terminated on January 2024 since it became revealed that such heavy injuries had not happened.
