Narrative:United Airlines flight UA2003, an Airbus A319-131, aborted the takeoff from runway 01 at DCA when Republic Airways flight 4736, an Embraer ERJ-175LR, crossed the runway without clearance.
UA2003 had been cleared for takeoff and had just started rolling when ATC cancelled the takeoff clearance. At the same time the ERJ-175LR crossed the runway at taxiway F, which is located about 750 m from the threshold of runway 01.
UA2003 then vacated the runway via the next exit and repositioned for an uneventful departure.
