Narrative:
18 October 2021: DJI Matrice M300 RTK UAV was substantially damaged after falling to the ground due to structural failure in flight at Crawley, West Sussex. The incident was the subject of an AAIB Record-only Investigation, published on 13 January 2022, and the following is the summary from the AAIB Report:

"Part of a propeller blade detached in flight and the UAV fell to the ground, suffering substantial damage".
