Narrative:
6 May 2021: DJI Matrice 300 RTK UAS substantially damaged when crashed at night in a landing accident at New Malden, Surrey. The incident was the subject of an AAIB Record-only Investigation, published on 8 July 2021, and the following is the summary from the AAIB Report:

"The UAS was being operated in the hours of darkness in support of a police operation. Whilst manoeuvring to land it collided with some unseen telephone wires causing it to fall to the ground and collide with a parked car. All propeller blades, a propeller arm, leg and camera mount were broken in the accident. There was substantial damage to the UAS".

NOTE: The incident only occurred once, but was published by the AAIB Twice - first on 8 July 2021 and again on 9 September 2021. Hence, the incident had been duplicated in some sources, despite being a "one off"
