Narrative:
20 March 2021: UAS DJI Mavic Mini substantially damaged (and probably destroyed) when crashed during an air-to-ground filming sortie at Stockport, Greater Manchester. The incident was the subject of an AAIB Record-only Investigation, published on 8 July 2021, and the following is the summary from the AAIB Report:

"The UAS was being used to film a moving car. However, the UA collided with the side of the car and fell to the ground. It suffered substantial damage when it was then run over by the car."

Damage Sustained to UAS:
Per the AAIB Report "the UAS was substantially damaged when it was run over by the car that it was filming". Such damage was probably enough to render the UAS as "damaged beyond economic repair", and the UAS was written off as "destroyed"
