Narrative:
31 August 2020: DJI Matrice 210 V1 UAS sustained substantial damage due to an uncommanded manoeuvre while in flight over Bath, Somerset. The incident was the subject of an AAIB Record-only Investigation, published on 1 December 2021, and the following is the summary from the AAIB Report:

"The UAS was at about 20 feet (6 metres) agl (above ground level). Without warning the UAS tilted forwards and dropped to the ground damaging the blades and the arms. It was not clear what the cause was, although the operator suspected one of the motors had failed".

Note that this incident is a separate one to the incident which took place on 17 December 2020. Although both involve DJI UAS vehicles, and both took place in Bath, Somerset in 2020, they are otherwise unconnected.
